It's that time of year - it's Valentine's Day month! And I have some exciting news for those of you looking for a family-friendly Valentine's Day Event. Back by popular demand, we will again be having our Knott's Valentine's Playdate with Sandy Toes & Popsicles!
You're Invited to the Knott's Valentine Playdate with Sandy Toes & Popsicles
This year, the Knott's Valentine Playdate with Sandy Toes & Popsicles will be on Valentine's Day! That's February 14, 2023 at 3:30pm until 5:00pm! How fun to celebrate Valentine's Day at Knott's Berry Farm.
The Valentine Playdate will take place on the grass area in front of the Calico Mine Stage, just like last year. Here you can meet new and old Knott's friends! There will be fun GIVEAWAYS, you can take Valentine pictures with the PEANUTS Gang, receive valentines cards, and have a scavenger hunt!
Schedule of Events
Here is the schedule for the Knott's Valentine Playdate! Make sure to arrive on time so you don't miss the fun.
3:30pm - Meet at Calico Mine Stage 3:30 - 4:00pm
• PEANUTS Characters in their Valentines outfits will pass out special Valentine cards!
• Pass out of Valentines Cards to other Knott’s friends! Bring cards to share with other guests who attend. This is not mandatory, but lots of fun! I suggest bringing around 2 dozen. 4:00pm - Story & Game time with Sandy Toes & Popsicles, games with friends and Dani has a special giveaway! 4:30pm - The PEANUTS Characters will return in their Valentines outfits for some photo ops!! We will also have a Valentine scavenger hunt.

You can Pass out Valentine's Day cards to Knott's Friends during the Playdate!
One of the favorite parts the Knott's Valentine Playdate is passing out Valentine's to other Knott's guests. Even though we didn't personally know all that came to the event, it was so much fun to pass and receive the Valentines.
This was extra special because not everyone has a group of friends gets together to pass out Valentine's Day cards. Especially if they don't go to school. Last year, we met new friends of all ages, and had such an all around good time.
How Many Valentines Should I bring to the Knott's Valentine Playdate?
I recommend bringing about two - three dozen Valentine's to the Knott's Valentine Playdate. But there is no wrong or right amount. Some people didn't bring any, and they still received cards. I brought about 100, and ended up passing most of them out. So it's totally up to you!
Dani was so excited when we got home to see all the Valentine's Day cards she received. This is the first Valentine's Day where she got to pass at cards, and she loved it! Look at how many she got.
Special Photo Op with the PEANUTS Characters in Their Valentines Outfits
The PEANUTS Character only get dressed up a few days a year for Valentine's Day. And this is your chance to have a special meet & Greet with them in their cute LOVE outfits. Last year they were behind a fence...but good news is that this year, they give hugs!!!!
Knott's Valentine Playdate Scavenger Hunt
After we pass out Valentines and play with the Knott's characters, you can have the opportunity to go on a Knott's Scavenger hunt...just for fun! Or if you want to play in the park and get a photo with the Knott's Characters, you can do that too.

How much does the Knott's Valentine Playdate with Sandy Toes & Popsicles cost?
It is FREE to attend the Knott's Valentine Playdate with an admission ticket, or your Knott's Season Pass. (if you are interested in getting one, I highly recommend! Read about the benefits here.)
Who is Invited?
Anyone who loves Knott's and wants to come! It's the perfect time to use your season pass, or get one! Also, there will be a few ticket giveaways happening on the Sandy Toes & Popsicles facebook page and other Knott's Ambassadors IG pages.
Do I need to RSVP to the Knott's Valentine Playdate?
No! You do not need to RSVP to the the Knott's Valentine Playdate. But, it would be helpful to let us know you are going on this Facebook Event post.
What Should I Wear?
Anything you want! But I do suggest Valentine or PEANUTS themed attire.
Finally, before you leave the park on Valentine's Day, make sure to head over to Camp Snoopy and take your photo with the Valentine overlay!
Valentine's Day Photo Ops in Camp Snoopy
In addition to the Valentine's Day fun at the Knott's Valentine Playdate, you will also be able to head over to Camp Snoopy and check out their Valentine Photo area at the Camp Snoopy Meet and Greet. Snoopy and the PEANUTS Characters will be wearing their Valentine's Day outfits! And it's sooo cute if I do say so myself.
