I am a mom who let's her kids get dirty, play with things that do get the house a little (okay, a lot) messy like paint, play dough, glitter, glue and oh yes...moon sand. Actually, I only let them play with moon sand once in the house, but that mess was even too much for me. Thankfully I took the rest outside and the wind "accidentally" blew it away.
I can't help it. maybe because I am an artist, and maybe because when I was a little kiddie no matter where my mom hide the art supplies, I found them, but nevertheless, I let the kids play with practically anything (safe). As long as the kiddies are having fun, I really don't mind messes.
So in honor of my kids and their love of messes, I wanted to do a kitchen series of fun things you can do in your very own kitchen. Some ARE messy and some are not so much. but they are super exciting for the kids. So try them and have some fun!

I love the idea. Kids need to be kids and have fun. If I can have some fun with them while being creative, all the better ! Thank you
