i've had so many emails and friends asking about Billy Beez at the Anaheim Garden Walk, that i knew that the boys and i needed to check it out. i had no idea on what to expect, and figured it was an indoor bounce house place with play structures for kids to explore. but it actually was a lot more than i expected!
Billy Beez is a fairly large, indoor play place that kids can climb, slide, ride, jump and engaged in pretend play. it's shiny and new and the boys had a great time. i happened to be very exhausted the day we went, and wasn't prepared that the adults can also get in on the action. that's right, Billy Beez is a great place for parents to have fun playing side-by-side with their kids! so if i were you, i would plan on playing with the kids when you go.
it'll be a lot easier to show you photos than try to explain what Billy Beez is all about, so here goes...
first up are the slides. the colorful slides are huge, fast and fun for all ages.
the pictures don't show it, but they are steep and much faster than they appear.
there are tubes to climb in...
and a fun area that pops balls all over the place. you can also use the ball shooters!
the Honeycomb Village was one of my kids favorite areas when we visited. it's a play area that looks like a little town with small scale shops, houses and restaurants for kids to play make believe in. there is a doctor's office....a grocery store...
a little house with a living room....and a pizzeria.
kids can ride skeeters down the streets of the town, visit the post office or plant plants in the play garden.
although the entire Billy Beez area is great for toddlers in my opinion, there's also a special designated area for the little ones in case there are a lot of bigger kids playing at Billy's. there are slides, foam things and play equipment that is just their size to play on.
if you need a bite to eat while you are visiting Billy Beez, there is the Honey Cafe. i am not sure what exactly they offer, so you may want to check ahead before your visit.
i also wanted to share that Billy Beez has private party rooms for hosting birthday parties. they have party packages available, so if you are looking to have a birthday party soon head over to their website.
finally, admission. how much does it cost to get into Billy Beez?
$19.95 for kids 5-17, $9.95 for toddlers 0-4, $6.95 for the first adult and $9.95 for the second adult. a little pricey in my opinion, especially if you have multiple children. when we were there, they had cut prices by $5.00 per person and the first adult was free. a much better deal, so i would call ahead and see if that special is still going on. plus, the manager told me that the best deal to get is the 10 pack which can be used for multiple kids on separate visits.
don't forget to bring socks!!!!!
they boys really enjoyed Billy Beez! i wouldn't have expected my oldest to enjoy it as much as he did, but since he had his brothers to play with, he had lots of fun. ideally, i would recommend it for ages 1 to 10 years old and their parents, though older kids can most definitely have fun as well. we ended up staying for 4 hours!!!! they said admission is good for an entire day, so you can leave and come back.
we give it 2 thumbs up and highly recommend a trip there this summer. (try to go on non-crowded times)!!!!

Thanks! I've been looking for a place like this for my 2 yr old. Is it similar to Pretend City in Irvine? This is much closer.

We took your recommendation and visited Billy Beez. What an extraordinarily disappointing experience. The first annoyance was we had to pay for their socks in order to enter. YES, we had our own socks - they didn’t care. Their socks were no different than ours, other than their name on them. Major scam.
My biggest complaint is the place was absolutely filthy. We were the first group in for the day, so it wasn’t like we were coming on the heels of others. Not to mention, the level of filth we experienced was months and months of neglect. I have photos. The toys and furniture were nasty and black, there was food and clumps of nasty hair everywhere and the mats were blackened with grim. It was simply awful.
I would never, ever recommend anyone taking their child to this place!
