now here is a fun activity you could enjoy this week. go to the Discovery Science Center and explore their current exhibit "The Science of Gingerbread." but you need to hurry if you want to see the gingerbread houses, this exhibit ends January 2nd, 2011.
last week, the kiddies and i were invited to enjoy this exhibit and had a wonderful time! the second we walked in the door, the smell of sweet gingerbread wafted through the air. the kiddies enjoyed dozens and dozens of gingerbread houses (well more than houses) and played among kid-sized gingerbread houses, decorated cookies, made gingerbread mix and saw a fantastic model train display. and they also enjoyed the rest of the museum....so many great exhibits.
